Halfway Through 2024 and FWAA Isn't Done Yet
As of this writing, FWAA is officially halfway through 2024. What a year it has been so far. Our members are awesome. They engage, they participate, and they support! Y'all never cease to amaze us.
One of our favorite things to do is to host one of our many networking events. You know them better as Lone Star Awards, Business Exchange, Golf Tournament, Bowling Tournament and more. If those sound like experiences you are into, keep reading to see what the second half of 2024 looks like for FWAA and all the major events scheduled and ready to receive our members.
FWAA Business Exchange
Otherwise known as a reverse trade show, this event started right here in DFW many years ago when a group of AAGD and AATC members got together and came up with an incredible idea: what if the O/M's and Managers were in a room sitting at tables. Then suppliers went around the room to visit them, like a trade show in reverse. Well, the powers that be were able to unite and create what is now a nationwide phenomenon. We can sit on our laurels, knowing it all started here in North Texas.

FWAA Pickleball Tournament
This is one of our newest events. In fact, this year will be only the second installment of the unique AATC PAC fundraiser. We take over the entire venue at Chicken and Pickle in Grapevine to host this fun and entertaining tournament. You'll sign up your teams of two (one O/M and one Supplier) online at aatcnet.org. We'll also have spots available to be spectators. The event includes food and beverages for all in attendance.

Pricing: $425 per team of 2; Spectators are $50 each, $25 for 13-under (must be accompanied by an adult)

FWAA Fall Golf Classic Tournament
This is one of our two annual golf tournaments, which raise money for AATC PAC. This four-person golf scramble has been around for a long time. It's a day filled with fun and excitement and lots of great stories. Don't worry if you're good or not. With our flight system in place, we are able to even the odds so anyone has a chance to go home with cash and prizes. Don't miss out!

2024 Education Conference
Join us for another installment of the incredible FWAA Education Conference. Once again, we will offer multiple session tracks so you can customize your experience completely.
This year, we are proud to present as our keynote speaker, Dr. Randy Ross as he presents content from his best-selling book, Remarkable! Randy focuses on helping "organizations create compelling cultures by growing leaders worth following."

2024 FWAA Trade Show
The Fort Worth Apartment Association Trade Show is set to make a huge splash in 2024! Not only are we going back to the month of November, as we're all used to, we're returning to the Fort Worth Convention Center. By attending the Trade Show, you'll have a chance to win a Grand Prize worth $2,000

2024 Christmas Celebration & Toy Drive
'Tis the season to make someone's Christmas morning hopeful and bright. The Fort Worth Apartment Association is super proud to help the Community Enrichment Center meet its goal of providing toys and food to over 1,000 families each Holiday season. This event offers you a chance to directly impact all who are in need and can't control their station in life.
