The Fort Worth Apartment Association (FWAA) has been a key player in the multifamily industry for over 50 years, adapting to its members' ever-evolving needs. Last December, the association's board of directors voted to change its name from AATC to FWAA, marking the beginning of a new chapter focused on innovation and modernization.

In addition to its focus on growth, FWAA's advocacy efforts have been instrumental in shaping local and state policies that impact the multifamily housing industry. By representing the interests of its members at the governmental level, FWAA plays a crucial role in ensuring a healthy business environment for apartment operators and service providers alike. These advocacy efforts have paved the way for the association's continued evolution, including exciting new changes to the organization's digital presence.

A big part of this transformation is FWAA's upcoming shift from aatcnet.org to livefw.org. This new website will be a hub for the multifamily industry in the region, offering a more streamlined and engaging experience for members. The move reflects FWAA's long-term goal of staying current with industry trends and utilizing modern technologies to enhance member engagement.

FWAA is also introducing a brand-new Salesforce CRM to improve members' interactions with the association. This system will allow for more efficient communication, making it easier for members to access vital information, register for events, manage their memberships, and receive personalized logins that connect them directly to what matters most. With this powerful tool, FWAA is making it simpler than ever to stay informed and engaged with the association.

In tandem with the CRM launch, FWAA's new website will take full advantage of WordPress features, providing a state-of-the-art, user-friendly platform that incorporates device-style switching and a modern, polished look. Whether accessing from a desktop or mobile device, members will enjoy a seamless experience. The site will also feature enhanced navigation tools to ensure users can quickly find resources, event registrations, and educational materials.

FWAA anticipates an exciting year in 2025. The association sets the stage for further growth and development with these cutting-edge updates. FWAA's commitment to innovation, member support, and industry leadership remains strong, ensuring the organization's and the multifamily community's future is bright.
