In Texas, we all know September—it's the start of fall, bringing cooler weather, Dallas Cowboys football, and a wave of new residents into our apartment communities. Fall isn't just about Pumpkin Spice Lattes; it's a season of growth and transformation, making this an exciting time for us in the multifamily industry. With fresh faces moving in, it's the perfect moment to strengthen relationships and continue building welcoming, vibrant communities.

We just wrapped up an incredible event on September 10—the 2024 Pickleball Tournament exceeded all expectations! Thanks to the hard work of our Pickleball Chair, John Brandes, with Maintenance Supply Solutions and our presenting sponsor, Core Distributing, we raised an impressive $14,000 for our AATC PAC. Supporting our PAC is how we fight to protect our industry and ensure the continued success of apartment communities across the region. Your participation truly made a difference, and with this kind of momentum, we can't wait to see what next year's tournament will bring!
